Q. My order is due for delivery today, can I track the courier?
A. The courier emails the address used when placing the order with an email containing a direct link to the tracking information. This email also contains details regarding the depot handling the delivery itself, allowing you to get in touch directly should any alteration need to be made.
Q. When will my order arrive?
A. During the ordering process, a Selected Delivery date is chosen by the customer.

Q. Can I make a change to my order?
A. This will depend on how soon you have notified us from time of order. If we are notified beyond 3 working days from order it is unlikely we can make an amendment. Please contact us immediately should a change be required.
